We maintain a record of our client's personal profiles including details of their objectives, financial situation and needs. We also maintain records of any recommendations made to them.

We are committed to implementing and promoting a privacy policy that will ensure the privacy and security of our client's personal information. A copy of our privacy policy can be provided upon request.

If a client wishes to examine their file, we will make arrangements for them to do so upon request.
